About WeeCare Canada

WeeCare Canada is a small, family-owned home care business serving families in the Kitchener-Waterloo community.

Our journey began long before WeeCare Canada. For more than 25 years, our family has cared for our own parents, grandparents, children, and loved ones through some of life's most difficult and vulnerable moments. We have experienced firsthand the challenges that families face when someone they love needs extra care, companionship, patience, and support.

Those experiences shaped the way we believe care should be provided.

We believe every older adult deserves to be treated with the same dignity, patience, respect, and compassion that we would want for our own parents and grandparents. We also understand how difficult it can be for families to balance work, children, and other responsibilities while making sure an aging or vulnerable loved one is safe and cared for.

That is why we started WeeCare Canada.

We began by helping people within our own family and circle of friends. Over time, we realized that the same care, compassion, and personal attention could also help other families in our local community.

We are not a large organization, and we don't want to be.

We intentionally work with a limited number of clients so that we can take the time to know the people we care for and build genuine relationships with them and their families.

For us, care isn't simply about completing a list of tasks. It's about understanding the person—their preferences, their routines, their needs, and what matters most to them.

We want every family we serve to receive the same care, patience, dignity, and compassion that we would want for our own parents and grandparents.

When you invite someone into your home to care for a loved one, you are placing a great deal of trust in them.

We understand that responsibility because we have been on the other side of that decision ourselves.

Our goal is simple: to provide the kind of compassionate, respectful, and dependable care that we would want for our own family.
